The Path was chosen long ago, and mid life demands to know: are we continuing in this direction?

It is 48 hours until I reckon with one of my own most significant points of reference : the night I was born, dead, and 4 decades plus 3 more spins on this glorious fertile planet, gifted by the Gods with a propensity for a scope of vision I know was earned over more than the many lives within this lifetime I have survived, endured, transcended.

My Returns are met with once-in-a-lifetime Oppositions: Solar and Venus Returns, as Uranus grinds over Chiron while beaming their electric earthquake to my Moon and Jupiter; and that is only this summer. Uranus in Gemini will conjunct 3 more Planets and oppose 4 more. The Stelliums of Gemini and Sagittarius assure direct channels into the Student - Teacher - Meaning Maker spectrum make for quite a clear path. With the midlife Uranus opposition upheave to clarify time present and ongoing for 7 years, I almost thought I knew what it would look like.

Surrender to the upheaval, I say / whimper / howl.

I am midwifing my midlife, and per usual at these mile markers of celebration, ceremony, uncertainty, anchors;

am intimately reacquainted with death, unbecoming, dissolution;

the always present flux and fermentation that is definitive of life emerging, from the decay necessary for fuel, space, and liberation.
